Planning fee + destination supplement
As a guide, the Phú Quốc destination supplement starts at 8,000,000 VND. Other locations and multi-day celebrations are quoted individually; travel and accommodation are itemised in your proposal.

Once you book, we agree on the planning schedule and priorities. Budget tracking and outstanding decisions have a clear place, so you know what needs your attention.
We work through the decisions.
We present suitable options and help you compare them. You approve the choices; we coordinate the agreed work with your venue and vendors.
We prepare the handover to the day.
The final schedule brings together arrivals, setup and the ceremony and reception timings. We confirm responsibilities with the suppliers involved.
We coordinate the celebration.
During your agreed coverage, we follow the running order and handle the supplier questions that would otherwise come to you.
